Street Talk: Extremely mentally challenged homeless lady with addiction, she claims she do not have

She claims her name is Rihana in the beginning of the video but at the end of the video I ask her again and she said her name is Angel.

She claims she is from Western Samoa in Indonesia, white Indonesia and black Indonesia. Samoa is NOT in Indonesia, it’s an independent island nation in Polynesia in the South Pacific Ocean, while Indonesia is a large country in Southeast Asia, a completely different region.

“West Samoa” was the name of the independent nation of Samoa until it officially changed its name in 1997. The country is an independent state in the Polynesian region of the South Pacific Ocean, located about halfway between Hawaii and New Zealand.

I ask if she have any addictions she said no, I know for a fact she do because she is the mascot of the downtown Raleigh bus station. She is always screaming and know for cursing out anyone she feels at anytime at any place. She screams at the top of her lungs constantly and always walks alone around the bus station, hanging out with those who do have drug addictions.
